1500 Shot Missile Absolute Fireworks

1500 Missile from Absolute Fireworks

You either Love it or hate it! We have not seen anything quite like it and it lasts for 2 minutes. If you want something different then the 1500 Missile is great fun. It’s not as pretty as some of the other  buy fireworks online and its main effect is based on the annoying “Pen top whistle” you get from small low cost fireworks. It takes a little while to get going and just when you’re wondering what you spent all that your money on, it launches into a frenzied attack. It fires 100’s of shots a second and the overall effect looks crazy and out of control.

Fireworks World Record Attempt

Saturday, August 29th, 2009

110,000 Rockets in the air at once doesn’t sound easy. It wasn’t by the looks of it. Bournemouth last weekend witnessed the world record attempt to beat the official most firework rockets launched in a given time. Back in 2006 the record for the most firework rockets launched in 30 seconds is 56,405 set at the British Fireworks Championships in Plymouth 2006. The new attempt got off to a troubled start with bad weather from the outset and some technical adjustments that resulted in the whole thing exploding. Unfortunately for the organisers there was a big crowd expecting a display. I don’t think they hung around for too long… They could always buy fireworks online from monster fireworks and try again!

The Bristol Harbour Festival is one of the best festivals in the South West of England and one of the biggest free events in the country.  For us the fireworks are always the best part and this year was no exception. Fired from Bristol’s beautiful historic city centre harbour at 10pm sharp the sky was illuminated by a spectacular 15 minute display. Performed and synchronised to music it was a truly pyrotechnic masterpiece that everybody stopped what they doing to watch. The Kings of Leon was the best check out the video clip. Monster Fireworks do Firework displays

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

As well as selling retail fireworks Monster Fireworks  runs a display team and covers the southwest. The display side has been operating for about 3 years and most of the displays so far are primarily fundraising events, Schools, and clubs with an audience size of 400 to 5000 people. We have been invited back to every show we have done and have enjoyed working with all the event organisers to put on a safe, successful, and professional displays.

Checkout our clip from this years Kingsdown Golf Club “Picnic in the Park”. A Great venue with a excellent line up of family entertainment. The fireworks accompanied Stephen Marquiss the concert pianist for a truly memorable evening.
