Our specialist firework carrier are closed for the festive period so we can’t ship out any fireworks until after January the 7th. The Bristol shop is now open 28th, 29th, 30, 31st from 10am – 6pm with late night opening on New Years Eve.

New Years rockets and single Ignitions are now in stock. Our online mail order service may be closed but were certainly not. We have been busy sourcing new products and taking deliveries ready for New Year. New Absolute Fireworks, kimbolton, Fireworks International single ignitions and rockets have arrived and they’re monster size.
You can still play the videos on line to see what each buy firework does and you can order them for collection from our Bristol shop. Simply gives us a call, order your fireworks and we will reserve them ready for collection. The shop is currently open right up until Christmas Eve and then open again on Bank Holiday Monday December the 28th – Merry Christmas from all of us at Monster!

2pm Monday 21st is the last day for internet mail orders. Our couriers break for Christmas holidays which mean we can not ship any more buy fireworks until at least the 4th of January. So if you need fireworks over the festive period or indeed for New Years you need to get a wriggle on and order this weekend! The recent snow has affected some delivery’s so may want to factor that in as well.
Our Bristol store will be open for business up until 23rd of December and back open again on Monday 28th the Bank holiday, 29th, 30th, and New Years. This year all the most famous hotels on the strip will be taking part in a huge firework display firing from their roofs tops. Stratosphere tower, the MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island and Venetian hotels. How cool! The Stratosphere has to be the tallest structure buy fireworks out of them all and fixing the pyrotechnics must take some nerve. It has a roller coaster on its roof which is just death defying and sometimes closed due to high winds. This year it going cost somewhere in the region of $550,000 and be fired from at least seven hotels.

December 2nd Abu Dhabi went for the world firework record and didn’t mess about. They went for it in a big way for the biggest and most expensive firework display. At an estimated cost of $20m (£12m) who’s counting. A statement from the Emirate Palace said the display will “showcase the city of Abu Dhabi and all its glorious vision to a world audience”. Can they do it again next year please!
