Well possibly! Check out the video footage from the Taipei 101 (Taipei Financial Center), Taipei City, Taiwan. This has got to be one of the most interesting and exciting combinations of venue Fireworks.
It’s was the tallest building in the World until 2007 approximately 509m tall and it was Climbed by Robert Alain Philippe the French Spiderman as part of the official opening cermomony.
They have been running the New Year ’s Eve Fireworks displays from 2003. The tower’s design specifications are based on the number “8″, a lucky number in traditional Chinese culture; it features 8 upward-flaring sections, and is supported by 8 super columns. Perfect buy fireworks from.
In 2003 still under construction they used lights and illuminations and 2004 the fired the first Firework display.
2004 – The show lasted 35 seconds. Rockets were launched from section balconies
2006 – Show extended to 128 seconds. Sony sponsored the show, which concluded with a display of the brand name in lights.
2007: Show extended to 188 seconds; 9,000 rockets were launched
2008: Show same length but featuring 12,000 rockets

We recommend the Thai Lanterns 90cm tall. There are a number of different types even water lanterns which are also worth checking out. Chinese and Thai lanterns come in all different sizes. The Chinese Lanterns are mass produced with the fuel cell moulded on to the cross wires at the bottom, a bit like barbecue lighters. The Thai lanterns are usually hand made with bamboo and a fuel cell you attach your self. Chinese lanterns tend to be cheaper but I have seen the fuel cells drop off which I didn’t like. The Thai ones seem more basic but fly better.

They create a fantastic effect and are defiantly a low noise alternative to buy fireworks.

Tesco do not sale fireworks at this time of year. We hear they use them as sweetener at Bonfire as part of their seasonal marketing campaign. The idea is to lure the shopper in with cheap or competitively priced seasonal products in order for the shopper to spend money in Tesco. It’s all part of the bigger game that the
supermarkets play Asda, Sainburys, Morrisons Aldi etc. Fireworks in this case are usually
targeted at the lower price end. Storage, sales area/space, and sales staff are set up for primarily selling food, health care
,electrical and booze etc everything but fireworks.

Single ignition or display in the box fireworks are to big and specialist to be sold in this way. You can buy fireworks from the Monster fireworks website any time of the year as we have a special license. You can play the videos and see what each firework does so you see before you buy!

Our specialist firework carrier are closed for the festive period so we can’t ship out any fireworks until after January the 7th. The Bristol shop is now open 28th, 29th, 30, 31st from 10am – 6pm with late night opening on New Years Eve.

New Years rockets and single Ignitions are now in stock. Our online mail order service may be closed but were certainly not. We have been busy sourcing new products and taking deliveries ready for New Year. New Absolute Fireworks, kimbolton, Fireworks International single ignitions and rockets have arrived and they’re monster size.
You can still play the videos on line to see what each buy firework does and you can order them for collection from our Bristol shop. Simply gives us a call, order your fireworks and we will reserve them ready for collection. The shop is currently open right up until Christmas Eve and then open again on Bank Holiday Monday December the 28th – Merry Christmas from all of us at Monster!

2pm Monday 21st is the last day for internet mail orders. Our couriers break for Christmas holidays which mean we can not ship any more buy fireworks until at least the 4th of January. So if you need fireworks over the festive period or indeed for New Years you need to get a wriggle on and order this weekend! The recent snow has affected some delivery’s so may want to factor that in as well.
Our Bristol store will be open for business up until 23rd of December and back open again on Monday 28th the Bank holiday, 29th, 30th, and New Years.
